ORTRUGO FRIZZANTE
An important wine obtained from this vine grown only in the province of Piacenza. From the mentions of the official agrarian bulletins of the late nineteenth century it is mentioned with the name you ATTRUGO while the official name Ortrugo is revealed in 1927, when from the pages of the magazine Italia agricola, there was talk of a white grape variety of the province of Piacenza. It is grown on poor soil, to enhance its characteristics. Excellent both in the sparkling version and in the firm version, both available in the company.
